deep-fried and covered in sprinkles Husband: Who are they to judge you? They're jealous. Did you see that Liz Sharpe the other night? Whoo-hoo. She'd only want your dress if it was deep-fried and covered in sprinkles. Wife: Liz is pretty skinny. Husband: She's a cow. Wife: You think? Husband: Moooo. What does "it was deep-fried and covered in sprinkles" mean? Thanks.

Basically, it is saying that this other person (Liz) is fat and would only want something if it was deep-fried (making it very unhealthy and fatty) and covered in sprinkles (like a sweet dessert).
