"Houses' prices in our country are high."
These are are correct and natural:
"The prices of houses in our country is high."
"In our country, the price of housing is high."
"In our country, real estate prices are high."
"Housing" emphasizes the building, which might be a house or an apartment building.
"Real estate" emphasizes the ownership of both the house and the land it is on.
