Which one is correct? There isn't a mirror over the washbasin. There isn't a mirror above the washbasin.

I would say "There isn't a mirror over the washbasin." but really both sound fine. In English you would be more likely to say "There isn't a mirror over the sink."

Both are correct. I would say that "above" is maybe more common. Also, "washbasin" is not a common word. "Sink" is FAR more common.
