What do you mean by "stained"? Are you saying that you dropped food onto yourself?

The first two are fine. 
It isn't very natural to say 'stain oneself'. Are you talking about literal staining? In that case, I would say 'got stain on myself'. e.g. I was staining a fence, and got stain on my arm.
