The meaning of “as far as I am concerned” ? I do not know whether this express means "For me", or "In my view", For example, 1. As far as I am concerned, I might get a pay raise by the end of this year. (to express my opinion) 2. As far as I am concerned, I already got a pay earlier this year. (state a fact) which one is correct?

You can use "as far as something is concerned" when you want to make a statement pertaining to something. For example, "As far as the device is concerned, I'll get it fixed next Tuesday". However, "as far as someone is concerned" is often used to express what one thinks about something. For example, "It's the best movie I've ever seen as far as I'm concerned". The first sentence sounds more appropriate.

I don't think either of these are good examples of how one would see this phrase used by a native speaker. You mainly hear someone use this phrase when everyone else's opinion is perceived to be different than the speaker's. For example…there is a person at work that no one likes, but she has always been nice to me….so I might say to someone…As far as I'm concerned, she's a nice person.
