Are these sentences correct? I would rather not to meet him again. There was the same at those two pictures. It took me two hours to travel from Manchester to Edinburgh. Can I make a phone, please?

I would rather not to meet him again. No. 'Rather' and 'rather not' are followed by the infinitive without 'to' ---> I would rather not meet him again. There was the same at those two pictures. No. I'm not sure what you are trying to say here. It took me two hours to travel from Manchester to Edinburgh. Yes. This is fine. ( Apart from the fact that it actually takes longer than that...) Can I make a phone, please? Well, it's grammatically correct. But you'd only say that if you had a set of electrical components and you were asking permission to assemble them to make a telephone handset! I presume you mean this ---> Can I make a phone call, please?
