Is this correct, 'what sweaters do you like'?
The answer is I like white sweaters. Can the question be like 'what/which sweaters do you like'?

It's a very vague question. If the answer is a colour, it's best to ask 'What colour sweaters do you like?'
More generally I would ask 'what kind of sweaters do you like?'
