Is it correct? Are these correct : The plant absorbs the necessary nutrients from the soil This chocolate is very useful because it has a lot of antioxidants Did I use these two words 'nutrients and antioxidants' correctly or No I should have replaced them

The first sentence is fine. In the second, you've used "antioxidants " correctly, but "useful" is a strange word here. It's hard to pick one word to replace it. "Healthy" goes with antioxidants but not really with chocolate. A possible sentence would be: this chocolate contains a lot of healthy antioxidants.
