Hola, Esteban: Lo correcto es: "Es un honor ser parte de su página". En español, "to be part of something" siempre es "ser parte". Hay otra expresión que es: "estar de parte de algo/alguien" -->> "to be pro something/someone". ¿Te he ayudad? Espero que sí. Saludos.

¡Hola Esteban! Encantado de conocerte. Ninguna de las dos frases es correcta realmente, pero si tuviera que elegir entre una de las dos, por supuesto, elegiría "Es un honor ser parte de su página". La frase correcta y natural en español es: "Es un honor formar parte de su página" ¡Espero haberte ayudado! Saludos desde España :)

I would never use ser or estar in this sentence. I would say: Es un honor formar parte de su página.

Hi Esteban! I’m giving you several sentences (depending on what we mean): “ES UN HONOR SER PARTE DE SU PÁGINA” - To be part of your page. As you know, “su” can be: 1) plural of the singular “you” = (“Es un honor formar parte de tu página”). 2) polyte form for the singular “you”. But we might use: “ES UN HONOR SER PARTE DE VUESTRA PÁGINA” (“vuestra” = plural). And even we might say: “ES UN HONOR FORMAR PARTE DE SU PÁGINA” “ES UN HONOR FORMAR PARTE DE VUESTRA PÁGINA” “Formar parte” also means “to be part of something” in the sense (for example) of being part of a team… So we could say “Es un honor para mí “formar parte” de la selección nacional de fútbol”. About the use of “ser” and “estar”, here’s is a link, I hope it helps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7937GdUAIYA I hope I did not say any obviousness.:) :) Cheers!!!
