Is the word 'lifelike' separated or together?
One of my teachers said it was separated (life-like), but in the dictionary it appears together.
Thank you.
The hyphenated form (life-like) exists, but it isn't very common. The usual spelling is as all one word - lifelike. I just googled this and got more than 10 times as many hits for the one-word version.

I believe that both are acceptable.
