Die Bedeutung des Konjunktiv II ("hätte") und der Ersatzform für den Konjunktiv ("würden haben") ist gleich. Die Unterschiede sind stilistisch; z.B. benutzt man in der Umgangssprache eher die Ersatzform mit "würde", in der Schriftsprache eher den echten Konjunktiv II. Mehr Details:
