What are the nuances between "stable" and "steady"? I have consulted dictiinaries,but I still don't know how to distinguish nuances between those two words.Could you help tell apart their nuances?Thanking U!

In the sense where they are similar, 'stable' has more of a 'relaxed/uncomplicated/unemotional' meaning. steady means more that it is ongoing and continuous. So - you can have a relationship which is steady, but unstable, if the parties have a lot of fights and disagreements, but they still stay together. They possibly are good at 'making up' after a disagreement.
