The sentence is: On the basis of the information you have provided concerning a deviation of up to +1.7 °C in the temperature conditions lasted 6 hours 10 minutes during the transport of the aforementioned lot, the manufacturer concluded that the occurred temperature deviations did not have any negative impact on the drug quality and on the possibility of its further use.In this sentence I want to say that a company has provided information on a deviation of up to +1.7 °C which occured in the temperature regime which should be kept during the transportation and this deviation was lastning for 6 hours and 10 minutes. The manufacturer took into account this information and made a conclusion that this deviation did not have a negative impact.

in the temperature conditions lasted 6 hours 10 minutes during the transport "Lasted" is not the correct here. Use "lasting" or "which lasted" "conditions which lasted 6 hours" or "conditions lasting 6 hours" Other than that it looks good.

Based on the provided information concerning a deviation in temperature of up to +1.7 °C that occurred during the transport of the aforementioned lot for a period of 6 hours 10 minutes, the manufacturer HAS concluded that said temperature deviations did not negatively impact either the drug's quality or future useability in any measurable capacity.
