When do we use the word "LAST" in the end of phrases?
Well, I see some expressions such as "at last" that always goes in the end of a phrase... so I got a doubt on it, what does it mean? when should I put it? Thank you!

At last means finally and can be used for example - I have finnished work at last.
Some other ways of using last are:
Im always the last person to finnish my dinner.
The last bus leaves at .....
Am i always the last person to find out?
I was placed last in the race.
This is the last time i do aerobics!
