How can I talk in the English converations?
I sometime hold the meeting English speaking is deeded..Today, I had to explain the detailed schedule and actual status to my management team. How can I make use of the appropriate sentences to start meeting smoothly?

Assuming there are both men and women at the meeting you could start with "Good morning ladies and gentleman. Today I will be reporting on our schedule and team status."
