If you mean to say "goodlooking" about a man (handsome man), you can say "красивый", "симпатичный", or "привлекательный". However, I think we don't usually say "красивый" when addressing to a guy if we're just getting to know him and don't mean to say that he is beautiful like a god or a photo model ;) So it is better to use "симпатичный" or "привлекательный" in a phrase like "you are very handsome" ---"ты очень симпатичный".

If you mean "a handsome man" then красивый, статный, любезный, обходительный, щедрый.

    А также "привлекательный".

I would say "статный" - it behaves to the build...
I don't think what if you say something like "Ты очень статный" people will understand you right.
It really sounds like a nonsense. It is used generally in old books.
Щедрый means generous. Maybe in some sense generous can be interchangeable with handsome..?
Обходительный и любезный generally mean courteous.
So I think ODYPb gave the most helpful and truthful answer =)

Right translation - "красивый" , but usually instead adjective "красивый" we use noun "красавец" or "красавчик"
Красавчик! Красавец мужчина!!! (funny phrase) :)

    Мне кажется - handsome =симпатичный

а) красивый, статный (обычно о мужчине)

    б) любезный, обходительный

    а) значительный, большой

    б) обильный, щедрый
