You must practice practice and practice. You should to try to talk as much as it's possible. In Polish is lot of grammar rules but ... first you should try to learn how to say simple senteses.

In Polish you can find a lot of letters which you don't understand if you don't talk
ą, ć, ę, ś, ć, ź, ż/rz
something easier is:
Ł - which you read like in words:
wood, week, what, would
CH and H you read the same as (but a little "harder"):
choice, choose, chocolate, chips
the same:
Ó and U like:
wOOd, mOOd, gOOd
You also have somethin' like
CZ, SZ - and it is read different way.
CZ (PL) like CH (EN) in words:
CHocolate, CHeeps, CHewing gum, CHeck
SZ like SH
PoliSH, BritiSH, EngliSH.
