English is international language, every country know english.

We can say English anywhere in the world, and also Chinese is in over the world these days, you know that. So, don't worry, you can be approached

当然可以。在荷兰每个人会说英语。很多人也会说德语和法语。但是，Lucia说的不对。大多数人不会说中文。但是。。。我们也喜欢外国人学习荷兰语。人人都会帮助你，我们欣赏学习荷兰语的承诺。现在我在我的大学教留学生荷兰语，很过瘾。（对不起我的中文很差。囧~)

You see, I just said Chinese is in, it doesn't means we cansay it in Holland nowadays, but maybe with Chinese spread maybe we can say it abroad....
By the way, I think at least they can speak Chinese with you since your Chinese is very good~
