Spanish literature/books

What Spanish books would you recommend for an intermediate student? I have read a number of the Paolo Coelho translations, a few basic Gabo books, but looking for something else. Any suggestions would be appreciated, from both native Spanish speaking members and from other foreign students.

    yeah..i am learning spanish by myself just for several months, i have a books named "Español Moderno",i think it is great,and not very expansive,about 20yuan,and also have the MP3 ,grammar and the solution
