okay ... some names are hard to pronounce.
what about " Rachel", "Angeline", "Lillian", "Amanda", "June","April","Catherine", "ELizabeth"

Or Leiha...uniquely spelled and sound similar to your Chinese name.
Keeping your Chinese name is fine also when in USA. :)

If you'd like to keep you name similar to your Chinese name, I think troy's suggestion was pretty good, "Leiha" or "Leah."
If you're just going to pick one, I personally like the names Stephanie and Emily.
Stephanie comes from the Greek name "Stefanos" (Στέφανος) meaning "crown".
Emily is of Latin origin, and its meaning is "rival; laborious; eager".

Lia
Lynn
Leanne
These are all sorta related to the pronunciation of your Chinese name. The other suggestions here are good as well though. Just pick the one that sounds best to you.

I personally like the sound of "rill" without any particular reason which apparently means small river(or brook).
for person's name, it seems like there is "rilla" and according to the website i looked up, its origin is german and means small brook.
also, the website says there are also variations of this, and they are Rella, Rilletta and Rillette
other suggestions from the web that sounds like it were Raella, Raula, Rayla, Ria, Riley, Rilee and Reilly.
