Resolved questions
Operator: Duibuqi si-er-qi zhan xian. Nin yuanyi dengyideng haishi yihuir da lai?
Can someone please help me understand these two sentances?
My translation attempt:
Sorry 427 zhan (I only know 'bus stop' reference) xian(I only know 'first' reference)
You would like to 'dengyideng' - not sure what this means? or a short while 'lai' (I only know the 'to come' and 'I'll have' reference)

Hi~~~
'zhan xian' (占线)is a word in chinese means a telephone line's busy,
'dengyideng' (等一等)means to wait for a minute.
and 'da lai'(打来)always means recall or call back sb.
So theses two sentances means'i'm sorry extension427 is busy now, would you like to wait for a minute or call back later?
Hope this could help you understand clearly,I am Sho,nice to meet you~~~
