how can i make my chinese more and more powerfull?

Yeh "powerful" doesn't fit much in this context :) you better say magnificent ;)
Actually to improve your Chinese and become as fluent as possible it takes really constant intensive practice of tones and characters. I think those are the difficult elements in learning this language. You have to be highly motivated and don't give up because there are so many characters to learn that you might think you can't make it .
So lots of persistence and hard work are required .
