Coudn't you explain: which is the difference between 'wynosić' and 'stanowić'?

"Wynosić" is used when we speak about numbers, for example "Koszty wyniosły sześć złotych" (The cost came to six zloty), also "amount to". "Stanowić" is used for percents, for example "Polacy stanowią 30% grupy" (The 30% of a group are Poles).
