finding a business partner in the internet is not-so-good idea.
you should have someone with the resources and expertise you, someone you can communicate with easily, you can reach anytime,and above of all, someone you fully trust with. (which could be difficult to find in the net)
i suggest you look for someone you already knew for a long time, or somebody introduced by a common friend.
by the way, what business do you have in mind?

I agree with Luciusverus, there are many internet scammers out there and you could lose a lot of money.
It depends..Just out of interest,what type of business partner and the sort of business do you want? In the internet,I'm a business man.Honest,though but a bloodsucking capitalist. =)
