This question is a little bit tough. I think Chinese sentence tenses is more rely on the context.
About the examples
Past:
我去了印度。(where 了 stands for past)
Past continuous:
I think in Chinese sentenses, past continuous was set in the context, seldom appears in sentenses.
Present continuous:
我要去印度。
Future:
我将要去印度。(将 stands for future)

Future:

Past:
I went to India.
我去了印度。 (The character "了" express that the action has been finished.)
Past continuous:
I was going to go to India.
(当时)我(打算)要去印度。(It needs other context support, and couldn't be directly used. The quoted part of Chinese I inserted is something to express tense for understanding.)
Present continuous:
I am going to India.
I am going to be going to India.
我要去印度。 (I think "be going to do sth." is an expression of future tense...)
Future:
I will be going to India.
I will go to India.
我(将)要去印度。 (The quoted part of Chinese is to emphasis the tense, but not essential.)
