The word__ šipka can mean the same thing as a kolac or štap but šipka is usually a metal bar, kolac is made from wood and pointed at one end, štap is stick or cane...

The word šipka is the same word as šipci and šipke.
The word šipka is changed, when that word goes through declination. In Croatian language, there are 7 cases called Nominativ, Genitiv, Dativ, Akuzativ, Vokativ, Lokativ and Instrumental. so
    N. Šipka

For pole dancing you could say on Croatian "Ples na šipci" or "Ples oko šipke." House music is House glazba. :)
