The Time difference is the main problem. I am located at USA. You are in China. I am 7 hours behind of the Turkish time zone. I do not know how many hours difference between China and USA is. I know that the USA is 14 hours behind of Japan. When you are awake probably I am sleeping. And vice versa.
Hi, Yigit. If you didn't see them online most of the time, maybe you should try to exchange your msn or skype account with them. And some of my Turkish friends will be online in the afternoon.

because we have different times, now our time is 5 hours faster then theirs, if I am right,after September our time will be 6 hours faster than theirs! If you want to practive with a turkish, first, you find a turkish language parter,then find a time that you both free, maybe weekends! yeah, that's the way I talk with others! By the way, you can use msn or skype to talk with them!
