It is one of my all time favorite books.
I believe it contains some of the most profound insights into human nature -- especially the "Soviet experience."
I wonder how it would be perceived by a generation who did not LIVE that experience??

I have never read it, but your question reminded me that I have a copy on my to-be-read bookshelf. I'm going to read it this summer for sure! Thanks.
This is a great book. While reading keep in mind that it's all about politics and soviet history :) Seriuosly.
