จริงๆแล้วสองคำนี้มีความหมายเหมือนกันครับ
โดยทั่วไปแล้ว คำว่า "แล้วแต่" จะใช้กับภาษาพูดเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ส่วนคำว่า "ขึ้นอยู่กับ" จะสามารถใช้ในภาษาเขียนได้ด้วยเพราะเป็นทางการมากกว่า
Basically it has the same meaning, both can use in the same situation. Mostly, "แล้วแต่" be used in spoken language. If u wanna use it in written language, "ขึ้นอยู่กับ" is better because it is more formal.
