I would say
日本語を勉強して一ヶ月になります。
にほんごをべんきょうしていっかげつになります。
nihongo wo benkyou shite ikkagetsu ni narimasu.
(literally "It is one month since I started leaning Japanese.")
because ,as a native speaker, it sounds more natural to me.
