why so many chinese girls ask the time others to go to bed?

is china short of beds? do they want to know if the whole world is sleeping when they are not? do they want to join in? is it some kind of cultural fixation? "go to bed" has any occult meaning in chinese? big questions for big problems!!!

Hahahaha, well, what I think is most of my Chinese friends have their lives in order. I mean they think there are certain times for things. Not only girls, but boys too.

Yesterday night a friend asked me "how is your bath time?", should there be a time when I take bath? I don't have meals regularly, when I go to bed or wake up depends on the day, and sometimes I take bath in the morning, sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening and sometimes at night, before I go to sleep. So I don't have a regular time to do anything. Some Chinese people ask "Did you have lunch/dinner?" as a way of greeting. That I skip the breakfast and had lunch around 15.00 was surprising for some Chinese friends.

And sometimes they don't want to say "I'm sleepy, goodbye" rudely, but ask about when you will go to bed, expecting you to say it's late and you're sleepy so that you can mutually end the conversation ^^

But if they want to join in, of course that's a better option! Hehehe ^_^

    very interesting ^^

Maybeit it is a symbol that she doesnt want to talk with you. And therefore asks you the "bed-time" question, she wants to end your talk.lol
Oh, yes. I also noticed. Chinese (not only girls) often asked me this question. LOL

    me too noticed this.haha
