humans do settle in some planet and they can live there on a continuous basis. no way back, no need. question: when this is a real possibilty, how should it be organized? state- state or global cooperative "mission"? 2. What about linguistic policy? Lets imagine the planet was totally unhabitated in the first moment. you may add any other consideration: political system, etc.......
