What other 3 Polish movies is worth seeing? I've seen Katyn, Pan Taduesz, Panny z Wilka, Dolina Issy.

You should see Seksmisja from 1983, one of the best polish productions ever :) Some ppl might find it offensive, but it's a commedy so don't take it to serious.
There are plenty of them. Before I will answer your question, could you possibly tell me what are you looking for? What sort of movies do you like? Are you interested in some particular genre?
I should see Jak rozpętałem II wojnę światową i Pułkownik Kwiatkowski (it's real story)<--- these are old movies but good movies ;) and you can watch Tylko mnie kochaj the litter girl which play there is wonderful ;)
If you like comedies then Zrobmy sobie wnuka is one of the best choices. I agree with the others that Jak rozpetalem druga wojne swiatowa or Rzeczpospolita babska are classical comedies about the war. Then we had movies such as:

-Tylko mnie kochaj
And lots lots lots more. I just don't know what genre do you like?
