Chinese name(s) has two characters, " 伊利沙伯" the name is too long to be considered Chinese. You should shorten your name to " Lisa (麗沙) ". It can be prnounced in both mandarin and cantonese.

There are zh-ch and zh-tw in Chinese.
In Cantonese, it's 伊麗莎白 using in HongKong.
But there is 伊丽莎白 in the places expect HK.
    Both are OK.

Your name is 伊利沙伯 in Hong Kong. We have a hospital name after it, it's Queen Elizabeth Hospital(伊利沙伯醫院).
