How come foreign people speaks much correct english rather an american or uk people?

i do not agree with you , you cant speak a language better then a native one that easy , it might be true what you said but it takes years and years of study and even living in that country and so own, sure we can pretend that we are all polyglots but it does not really mean that we have an better english then the native ones, si ca sa iti dau un exemplu putin mai amuzant, daca vorbim la modul general despre limbi native, nu cred ca un strain poate vorbi moldoveneste mai bine decat tine >P
You may be talking about being correct grammatically all the time. Am I right? It's the same in your language. when you speak Romanian are you grammatically correct or do you use slang? Informal English speech that you see at Italki is very different to formal English that native speakers would use in a business meeting for example.
