If you could, how would you change the spelling of the English language?

English spelling reform
-- I would start replacing "PH" with "F"

Additional Details:

Please don't get me wrong. I love English language at least as much as you do. This is an exercise of the practical, critical and creative thinking. Don't take it personally!

I would change it so it is more phonetic. It would be helpful to write the words exactly as they are pronounced. Example= eggzample
    I would start replacing "C" with "K"

I wouldn't change anything. It's fine as it is. Keep your hands off!

I'm with you Eliot. I like my language just the way it is.

I'd take away all punctuation. And as it should be, everything starts with "I" or "Me" :D
I think it is an amazing language and it is hard for me to think of it in a different way. It would be nice to say, as Jura does, to spell things phonetically but it would be so weird to me to see "kernol" instead of "colonel" or "bolonee" instead of "bologna".
