I dont know if this is Visayan or Tagalog:

the Tagalog expression "TALAGA NAMAN" cannnot be transliterated to English language as it i just an expression to give emphasis to what the other person is doing.
the word "SI" is a part of a sentence like the articles "THE" and "A" in English language but in Tagalog, when you use the word "SI" it is followed by the name of the other person. And in this case the other person is YOU (LOVE). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tagalog_grammar#Nouns_.28Pangngalan.29
