    "at" sounds a little better to me but both sound strange to me.

    I'd probably just say "I'm in college."

    Other regions might have other ways of saying this, in the US, I think we rarely use the word "university" unless we are naming a university or maybe referring to a specific university, in which case "I'm taking classes at the university" would make sense.
