you can watch documentary films like الجزيرة الوثائقية ، ناشيونال جيوجرافيك أبو ظبى

يمكنك ان تستمع الى العديد من الاغانى وتشاهد العديد من الافلام العربية فهذا سيساعدك كثيرا

انت يجب عليك سماع ومشاهدة الكثير من لافلام الكرتونيه والبرامج الوثائقيه العربيه وكذالك التحدث مع العرب لكى تتعلم طريقه التحدث ونطقه اوتتحدث مع نفسك امام المرآه او تسجل صوتك في محادثه مع نفسك
انا لم اتعلم اللغه الأنجليزيه إلا بهذه الطريقه انها طرق جيده ومجربه لرفع مستوى اللغه

Yes, everyone has the same problem in any language he/she wants to learn. for me im still having problems with listening and speaking English. So i think the best solution is keeping practicing with watching Arabic programmes in which they speak standard Arabic and not very fast, and also with practicing with native Arabic speaker. And for speaking if u didnt find someone to speak with u can speak with urself as i do :D as a crazy girl :)
