My name is Lara Whybrow and I am an experienced English teacher (ESL & EFL). Among my teaching qualifications I have TEFL certification (96%).

I would like to help you with your general and business English. I also offer general conversation classes
if you just want to practice speaking English. I have a very mild British accent so you can understand me
easily. In addition to my teaching experience I also have many years of business experience from working in the Law, Advertising, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Administration and Coffee sectors.

I use Skype with a webcam and Webex for my classes. This software is like a virtual classroom. I can also record your lessons for free if you would like to listen later and take notes. My students also receive podcasts and vocabulary lists for free.

I teach beginners and advanced students and I have been teaching students from all over the world. I also offer copy writing and proofreading services.

In my spare time I am studying for a Diploma in Environmental Science and a Diploma in Psychology. I am also studying Portuguese, French and Zulu. I love gardening and I grow my own fruit, herbs and vegetables. I have a dog and 2 cats and they all go for walks with me around my neighbourhood. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa.
