About KirstyMy name is Kirsty, I'm originally from Edinburgh, Scotland though now living in Manchester, England. I am currently studying a Masters in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship. I enjoy knitting, watching films, listening to music and reading books. I like to play sports, such as hockey, swimming and cycling. Occasionally I do a sporting endeavour for charity. My last one was a 60 mile bike ride from Leeds to Manchester Two years experience of teaching college students English and Business courses in China. I taught the NCC Education IFY (International Foundation Year) and IDB (International Diploma in Business) courses. I really enjoyed creating the opportunity for my students to gain a degree and study abroad. Taught English Language Framework, Mathematical Techniques, Introduction to Business and Culture Studies. Lectured Introduction to Management, Organisational and Business Structures, Marketing and Business Communication. Covered foundation year Economics lectures. I have been tutoring English to South Koreans of all ages and abilities over Skype since June 2012. Many of my students are now studying abroad having achieved high scores (5.5-7.5) in their IETLS tests.
