I’m from Northamptonshire, UK, and have a diverse career background. I started as a teacher in Manchester before working in purchasing and import/export for a promotional gift company. Later, I became a Business Analyst for a major insurance company, contributing to a large transformation program and new service launches. I also helped establish a customer contact centre. After moving to Italy, I renewed my credentials with a Master’s in English Language Teaching, blending business experience with a passion for teaching.Me as a Teacher

Rachel is incredibly supportive, she gave me precious tips on how to prepare myself for the IELTS exam and also made me feel less anxious, which was something that I really needed. And technically speaking, she is perfect. I would recommend her for anybody who wishes to learn and improve English skills or IELTS preparation.
