Languages and cultures are my passion. I am currently studying Translation and Interlingual Mediation at university, specialising in second language teaching. I graduated with honours from college in 2010, with Spanish, Catalan, Latin, Ancient Greek, English, French and Literature as my main subjects. Since then I have been helping people to learn languages both in face-to-face lessons and online.
I teach three different languages: Spanish, Catalan and English (for Spanish speakers.) My diction and elocution skills are very good and I have a clear standard accent from Spain (and an Occidental accent in Catalan). I adapt my lessons to each individual student's needs. From the first session I try to make my students aware of what aspects of their speech could be improved and the best ways to do it, so that we can focus on that in our next sessions work.
I offer many session types, also mixed: from exam preparation, grammar, writing and casual conversation to advanced orthotypography, spelling, punctuation and language style (I'm currently studying in preparation for a proofreading certification, so I can also teach you the most advanced rules of the Spanish and Catalan languages.) I usually follow my own method, but I can also help you with your homework or follow a specific coursebook if you ask me to.
