BACKGROUND:
My background is in business, nursing, medical billing, immigration consulting, and teaching English as a second or foreign language (ESL/EFL).
CLASSES:
Regarding my classes, I offer English classes with assignments for all levels (Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced). All of the classes are made to help the English student/learner improve his/her English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking, pronunciation, & understanding/comprehension).
I offer Business English, General English, test preparation, and English conversation classes. I make each lesson to fit the needs, abilities, and the learning level for each person. Each lesson is unique because the needs of each student are unique. To make a lesson, I often use popular culture, music, movies, real work situations, articles, dictation, and more. All lessons, except for Everyday Chitchat!, have a topic or theme. With each lesson, the student will learn new words, new expressions/idioms, new regular verbs, and new phrasal verbs, which are all related to the topic/theme of the lesson.
If interested, I offer a trial class/session so you can see if my teaching style fits your needs. Even if you don't take my classes, I will still help you as much as I can here by reviewing your work & answering any English questions you have.
EXPERIENCE:
I have taught in the classroom overseas (the Middle East) and online. I focus now on teaching English online because I can help more people and I can give personal attention to each student. I teach people of all ages and from all parts of the world.
