I've always thought each language is an impenetrable forest full of the terrible dangers and insurmountable difficulties. But whenever I come into this forest, I understand how beautiful it is -- how emerald every blade of grass is, how magical and tuneful singing of the birds is there. So I wish I could be your guide in order to show you all the beauty of this forest and... help you face the difficulties and obstacles you would perhaps meet on your way. :)
I could be a guide, but not Ivan Susanin (according to a legend, Ivan Susanin was a brave man who took the enemy forces to the swamp in order to kill them!). I would give you everything necessary, so that it would be much easier to overcome the 'way' for you -- some Phonetics (with sound recordings made by professional native speakers), some Vocabulary (and all the needed materials so that you would learn the Russian words even faster than you did it in the traditional way!), some Grammar. I'd also like to give you some information about the Russian culture. And you would see what marvellous charms are hidden under the difficulties of the Russian language!... :)
And, if you decide to have me as your helper and teacher, I could tell you is not necessary for you to have a webcam, but you must have a microphone :) .
