I have 4 years of call center experience. I initially worked as a Customer Service Associate for a Canadian company. We provide customer service for companies in the US and Canada. Later, in the same company, I worked as a Quality Analyst and as a Subject Matter Expert.

I used to work part time as an English teacher for Korean students (online) but left the company due to conflict in schedule.

I am currently working as an International Calling Representative for a US-based outsourcing company.
