About Gad

I'm a native English speaker and a professional English teacher. I have a certificate in English teaching (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge, and I've been teaching online for three years.

I teach skills: speaking, writing, listening, and reading, in addition to teaching grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I also teach exam preparation classes, for example, IELTS, CAE, and FCE.

I have a passion for languages, so in addition to English, I speak French and Arabic fluently, and I'm learning German, accordingly, I fully understand the challenges associated with learning a foreign language.

I have a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and I started my career as an Engineer, but I also have certificates and several years of professional experience in sales, marketing, logistics, business management, customer services, and tourism, so, I also teach Business and Professional English.

I also teach Standard and Egyptian Arabic, but my focus is teaching English.

I have many interests and hobbies, for example, I occasionally write film reviews, and I particularly enjoy reading philosophical fiction, but I also love reading and learning about history, culture, and art. Moreover, I love discussing sports and lifestyles, so if you are after conversation practice, we will never run out of discussion topics and activities.
