1. My background
My specialty is IE, and I'm now studying at the Industrial Engineering Department of Tsinghua University.
Before I pursued my master's degree, I have been working for six years.
In the year 2005, I got my degree of Traffic Engineering from college. Then I acted as a journalist for 1 year in a transportation-related magazine, my main job is to interview transport managers, listen their stories of the development of their business, then I wrote review articles. That year, I interviewed about 100 people and wrote 32 articles.
In the 2006, I changed my job and entered an government department which belong to the Ministry of Construction in China. My major job was project management, such as prepare for pre-project demand analysis, writing and organizing application materials, prepare mid-term examination and acceptance of the organization work. I had been worked for six years, and very familiar with the operation of the government project, this experience improved my writing level and my deep thinking. I grasp how to analysis new method and find a correct way to solve the problem.
In the year 2010,in order to finish my master's degree, I began to do research of user needs, user experiences, and collect return/ exchange data of e-business, and then do some data mining job to solve practical problems. the reasons I had got from comments data for return is also very interesting. It was the first time, I felt that the work I had done can be so interesting, and help me better understand other people.
