Mayke was very well prepared with relevant information by .pdf. It was clear from the outset that his aim was to be helpful and work with me to improve my French and I felt he was very professional about it. Thank you Mayke! The only difficulty I experienced was that our skype connection caused his voice to resonate and I was sometimes unable therefore to understand what he said.
