Mi descrivo

I am a native British English speaker, currently working as a TEFL teacher in Brazil. I have a BA degree from London Universities in Geography and International Development, have completed a short TEFL course and am currently completing my long-distance Diploma in TESOL.

Having learnt (at least the basics) of Albanian, Russian, Portuguese and German, I understand the difficulties of learning a new language and the importance of practicing with native speakers in a confidential and encouraging environment.

I seek to provide informal and professional language assistance where fun and communication practice are the key to success!

NB. If you cannot help me with Portuguese, do not have specific questions about English or do not want to pay for a session (first lesson IS free) then please do not ask me to help you. This is not FAIR to my current paying students or to myself, for whom teaching is (luckily enjoyable) but also a JOB. Many thanks for your understanding in this matter.
